In her first solo show Leanne Davies investigates the way bunnies, both domestic and wild, are used as figures for children in literature and song.

Leanne Davies is a painter that moved to Toronto on an unusually rainy day 16 years ago. Since then she earned a BFA from York University, played drums for various obscure indie-rock bands, worked in new media, and after that became a mom full-time.
Leanne has been painting domestic rituals for the past three years through her paintings of family snapshots and has been creating still life paintings of candy from her childhood.
